The meals especially the steaks and beef meals aren't recommended because its over cooked rendering it hard to slice and chew. The service is quite slow and customers have to ask the waiters once in a while to follow up the meals they ordered.For a straightforward order of beef teriyaki bento and leche flan for supper I've waited for 25 mins and asked the waiter twice to check out up my order since I've waited for too much time. He then visited the kitchen to find the food I ordered. If you are hungry, don't eat in this eating place you are likely to starve and may get pissed.

Just what a terrible experience! That is breaded chicken but as the bteading was thick and hard i made a decision to take the breding off to my surprise the chicken has still feathers onto it! #dontfeedfoodtopeopleifyouyourselfwouldnoteatit!!!!

I waited for 30mins simply for them to state that the meals that We ordered was sold-out. THEREFORE I waited another 30mins to allow them to prepare the replacement purchase. Dont ruin your holiday by eating here.

I believe I had an excellent experience whenever we entered, the personnel accommodated us and offered a sit for all of us. When we purchased the meals it arrived quick and we didn’t expect that.
