This is not a steak house. All steaks are frozen. If you’re from the western world and looking for a comparable steak house this is not the place for you. Oh and by the way, the pasta sauce is gross! I hate to provide anegative review but I’d stay away from this place and really encourage the owners to step it up, and fast! Alternative dining option would be Rima at Shangra-La

I had the entrecote steak (medium) without sides. It was 250g of seasoned but tough chewy steak. It tasted good but It's not the melts in your mouth kind of steak. There have been a lot of reviews saying their steak was tough and sadly,from our experience, it was true. I recommend getting their spaghetti pesto and their mango shake. The servings of their shake was huge and fresh fruits were used. Service needs some tweaking. Had to ask the wait staff to repeat our orders to check if he got right, but still some minor error occured. I rated them poorly because their steak should be the highlight but it was a disappointment
