We ordered a espresso and asked for additional sweet cream inside them. There wasn’t more than enough sweet cream, therefore we asked for a few extra in a glass. The blonde woman gave us some in a little cup. We were attempting to be niceand not need her remake our beverage because it wasn’t made correctly. Then your tiny cup of lovely cream wasn’t sufficiently for both folks, so we requested for a bit more. The girl responded by stating it would be a supplementary charge. Having proved helpful at Starbucks myself, I understand it’s Starbucks policy to help make the customer joyful and remake beverages if requested. I understood she just didn’t wish to accomplish it, and she has been giving poor customer support. The other barista functioning alongside her gladly offered us some at no additional cost, because we shouldn’t end up being charged additional for this anyway. I’ve been to Starbucks sufficient to know that’s no extra charge, particularly when I ordered additional sweet cream to begin with. Also, once the same blonde woman managed the lemon loaf I purchased, she was having difficulty getting it from the plastic package. That is all through the corona virus outbreak, and She had been touching all around the lemon loaf, so when I obtained it there is a hair onto it! We provided a tip and today I regret doing this when she acted this way.
