However i heard they'll carrying out some renovations and would eventualy improve the cost to 15k.

The area was cosy as the folks are not that congested unlike in other malls. The ambience as well will be conducive to small kids for its winter. They don't sweat out an excessive amount of once they have fun with at the kids' recreation area. At Daiso shop, the pricesare also inexpensive to the wallet of the middle-class modern society. Thus, it is worthy of it and the items are of great high quality.
