Been surviving in bacolod for quite awhile and seriously meals tripping this is a have to...its not my first-time to dine from sofia but everytime we arrive over either with my close friends or loved ones its always an excellent experience especially the meals...im the chef byprofession and the food critic everytime i dine i reach check the service,environment and ofcourse the meals. sofia includes a simple however cozy place,cool factor is you select and pick your personal loaf of bread at the shelves and take it to counter. the ideal texture and taste on each breads and cakes. never to sweet however, not blunt...its worthy of the price and the commendable place in the event that you visit the town of grin soon on your own next trip.

We found out about sophias through person to person from the former family friend.. Usually we'd buy our cakes for special ocassions from famous shops within Bacolod . So buying out of this tiny store was a risk also it was a danger worthy of making💖Staff are great ... and may answer every issue that my fam would provide .. And their cakes are quite tasty and worth it .. Since that time we always purchase at sophia😻 all the best to the owner/s hope you company grows

Cakes and stuff are usually good. But yu need to wait in series for your crowd to create in. There must be a collection for the remove. Better if you can find two cashiers to neutralize the frantic impatience.

Apart from the breads and pastries they provide, you can experience your friends for just a little talk over a sit down elsewhere too. They have furthermore a branch at Hi Strip (likely to NGC). The employees (counter) had not been that helpful enoughwhen me and my close friends have there been. No wifi, therefore its nice to create friends and family there to talk. Clear shop and I love the soft shades they chose for the inside.

We went to the town to pay expenses and I was going to complain when my husband was driving to Purchasing Area- (going to Sofia's ) after that we parked in the front , he said he'll just get his purchase, I asked for a canof coke because it was as well hot . As he hid back again to the automobile, i saw 3 little boxes of cake and there and then I noticed that Those boxes had been was for me... Thanks a lot for the cakes .. 2 different tastes and we ate it for 3 consecutive times .. sweetness never end since it really was delicious . Try their small cakes and you may believe and experience what I did so experience ... Thank's Sofia , to make my valentine's special ... We shall visit and order once again next time.

Called for Sizzling Chocolate and cake. Wish we'd never bothered. Not so busy, loud songs but found a grubby sofa on the back close to the kitchen where it had been at least bearable. Ordered 2 Popular Choco drinks, asked should they acquired chocolate and coffeecakes, several uncut cakes within the display therefore "yes". Waited and waited, nothing! Found another employee, reordered. Nothing! Tried again, zero coffee cake so purchased 2 chocolate cakes and 2 hot chocos. Cake came in plastic material boxes, little bit stale but definitely chocolate. No drinks! Tried again and obtained 2 drinks, not so chocolatey only milky and warmish. Staff are usually either stupid, on medications or just can not be bothered, 6 of these milling around getting stupid and giggling achieving nothing at all, never seen such poor degrees of service inside the 'pines.Cannot get yourself a simple order ideal or answer a straightforward question want "what cake are you experiencing?" There is a beverages and breakfast menu of sorts but simply no set of cakes available. 310 peso for just two 2 bad drinks and 2 bits of old cake. How they will have achieved the 4+ ranking is really a total mystery. Never again.

The food is excellent however the staff was aren't great. The cashier (the gay bald one) is speaking while doing his function which produced him inattentive to his work. He produced us pay twice convinced that we weren't in a position to purchase bread, yet.
