Been surviving in bacolod for quite awhile and seriously meals tripping this is a have to...its not my first-time to dine from sofia but everytime we arrive over either with my close friends or loved ones its always an excellent experience especially the meals...im the chef byprofession and the food critic everytime i dine i reach check the service,environment and ofcourse the meals. sofia includes a simple however cozy place,cool factor is you select and pick your personal loaf of bread at the shelves and take it to counter. the ideal texture and taste on each breads and cakes. never to sweet however, not blunt...its worthy of the price and the commendable place in the event that you visit the town of grin soon on your own next trip.

We found out about sophias through person to person from the former family friend.. Usually we'd buy our cakes for special ocassions from famous shops within Bacolod . So buying out of this tiny store was a risk also it was a danger worthy of making💖Staff are great ... and may answer every issue that my fam would provide .. And their cakes are quite tasty and worth it .. Since that time we always purchase at sophia😻 all the best to the owner/s hope you company grows
