This restaurant can’t deal with the nice Friday crowd. That they had no slim crust pizza dough and just hands tossed were being offered. It took almost one hour to serve our meals and that included “American salad” The worst service ever. It’s almost a custom withus ahead here after Good Fri church service but nowadays has ruined that. Forget about Shakeys!!!

We ordered on Shakey's Loyola Hts. I was told our order should get to 30-45 minutes. After 1 HOUR AND TWENTY Mins LATER, our order lastly arrived. I questioned why our orders arrived later. I told the shipping man that the Shakey's Operator evencalled me to verify my orders and my deal with. They even explained that ny purchase should get to 30-45 mins. The delivery man insisted that he's not really late. I viewed the receipt also it was pointed out that my purchase was put into their system at 8:13PM yet the driver continued insisting that he's not really late. SMDH!! My fellow consumers, beware! Teach SHAKEY'S A LESSON! SHOULD THEY DELIVER YOUR Purchase LATE, WON'T PAY! They're advertising that whenever your purchase is delivered past due, it's FREE! So be sure that they're accountable and keep their portion of the bargain!
