I've chosen to dine in Shakey's Pizza located at KIsad Street, near Burnham Suites following a tiring day time. Ordered mushroom soup, poultry and spaghetti. Because the gravy isn't enough for the poultry, i've asked Beverly for yet another gravy. Rather than gettingor requesting from her co-workers, she prioritized placing plates in the cabinet while considering her "butt", laughing with her colleagues, considering her encounter on the mirror while providing me a sarcastic grin. Annoyed with this, I've requested to speak to their Manager who arrived and explained to me personally that Beverly is because of leave on her behalf duty this is why she offers behaved such as this. How could a Supervisor give a cause like this, rather than apologizing, he opted to hide for the inappropriate conduct of his personnel. I hope the Administration of Shakey's can tackle this concern and teach the staff nicely. If Beverly is approximately to leave, she must have endorsed the demand to other waitstaff rather. To the Supervisor, get yourself a training on customer support before handling these types of situations.

Our first son was raised with Shakey's. Since he had been a youngster, we always have their own Shakey's cards as he is therefore fanatic with this particular restaurant. Therefore many birthdays we spent right here. So many photos even though he was just a little boy haha. Hespent his 19th Birthday along with his preferred pizzas, chicken and can remember his mojos. No issue what they state, it's nevertheless Shakey's and we're nevertheless to celebrate numerous birthdays using them hahaha :-D
