If my storage serves me correct, this area was previously the "Penang" restaurant. The good: it really is situated in Shangri-la Mall. Great interiors, refreshing Thai iced tea and that is about it. The awful: the chicken pandan isn't fresh. It wasn't marinated at all.Display wise it had been good however the taste, my golly, we swear it had been the worst chicken pandan i've ever tasted! The bagoong (shrimp paste) rice was too nice. A bit dry. Just like the chicken, it didn't taste great but serving was best for 3 people. The sauted squid was simply okay. 1 / 2 of the squid appeared dark enjoy it was prepared before and reheated. I tasted much better versions of kikiam as well as your community diao eng chai is method better than this. The roti garlic with cheese was simply alright. The dip wasn't. It had been a disappointing supper and I don't intend to go back again.

Yesterday, we'd our dinner here. Really, i go through some reviews weren't good but since we've a voucher, we do go. We had been surprise that people dont want reservation eventhough we will use 2 vouchers. That is clearly a plus element. The crewwere therefore accomodating. They refilled our drinks immediatly and also a free home tea. We purchased and the meals came after 10-15 mins. Good! We'd singaporean laksa. I anticipate it to be always a little bit even more sour and just a little very hot and spicy but otherwise, alright with me because my 5 year aged son enjoyed it. The fried chicken wings will be tasty. Hainanese chicken isn't that magnificent but compliments properly with the hainanese rice.(hainanese rice is indeed good). Sauteed Polonchai, i'll not recommend since it tasted bitter. The very best that we ordered had been the bagoong rice. At the image it looks small however in actual this will be best for 3 persons. Bagoong rice could be ate alone since it is indeed tasty and blends nicely using its garnish(mango, onion, salted fish, lovely pork, fried egg. I seldom write an assessment but i was thus happy on my eating encounter at sentosa. I believed the service wouldn't normally be as excellent because our voucher would just worth half the purchase price. But rather we obtain the great foods, and a commendable support. Kudos!. Incidentally, the ambience had not been so excellent but understandable because shangrila mall is usually under renovation. I'll definitely keep coming back even without vouchers

Sentosa is situated in the sixth ground where the majority of the dining places were located. It is the second eating place to your correct once u log off the escalator. That's around three escalator rides from the bottom level. They will have this long escalators in Shang mall goingfrom 2nd to 4th flooring and from 4th to 6th. We continued Fathers Day thus we expected a crowd however when we arrived close to 11:45 am, after hearing Sunday bulk at Shangrila mall four flooring down there have been several vacant tables. It is possible to choose consuming outside or in the resto. Even though u eat beyond your resto smokers can't light a cigarette because it's still in the mall therefore this is really a plus for non-smokers. We thought we would sit outdoors and see some see of the low levels while looking forward to our orders to be served. There is no particular reason we chose Sentosa. The name simply rang a bell because we'd a wonderful expertise in Sentosa Island whenever we were in Singapore. There is a menu board beyond your resto therefore we scanned the costs. On the common, it'll cost around 250 pesos per mind including drinks. They provide 20% discount to older persons. Because it was a Singaporean resto, we ordered Hainanese chicken, Bagoong rice to go with it (best for 3 pax per order), some satay (barbecue with peanut dip) plus some veggies (can't recall the name). And, drinks needless to say. Home tea is free. In a level of just one 1 to 5, 5 being the best, my food taste rating is 4, demonstration is 4, ambience is 3, quick support is 4, friendliness is 4 and location is 5. Ambience did not develop a balmy, breezy, resort kind of feeling because the name suggets. Would recommend this resto though if u like Singaporean meals. I plan to keep coming back and purchase a steamboat the next time.

My girlfriends and I visited Sentosa Singaporean Restaurant for lunch. We'd roti, blackpepper shrimp, laksa, hainese chicken and char kuey teow. May need some improvement. Would like if they possess a heavier paste for laksa since its thin and nearly watery. Char kuey teowwas popular. Everybody liked it. Even more blackpepper would furthermore be wonderful for the shrimp. Total it was nice spot to meet up with friends and refresh my memory space of Singaporean cuisine.

Everything was great! We purchased roti, winter melon soup, beef curry, pork, shrimp paste fried chicken (excellent!), shrimp balls, black pepper noodles and sesame pork. We also got a free of charge laksa because our card has been BDO. Price is mid-range. Customer service is great too.Staff are usually helpful. The only real downside is that the bowls were nevertheless wet if they were laid down on our table.

We shared a tasty bowl of char Kwaey teow following the waiter had helpfully told us that certain plate will be enough for just two 2. The waiter Paul was really charming and his small song and dance program (he didn't understand wewere watching) was extremely entertaining! We have been only sorry we just came here on our last day time in Manila

Great foods, but unfortunately they just sell regional beers. No issue as Asahi can be bought from another outlet, and chilled beers are usually for sale in the basement supermarket. Only unfavorable is that the waiting staff certainly are a small inexperienced, however the manager isnever a long way away.

We were craving for the Singapore noodles like we've within Hawaii but despite the fact that Sentosa didn't have what we were searching for when we ate lunch time here, the meals overall was alright. The best entrees had been the Pad Thai Noodles covered inscrambled egg and the tasty Chicken Soup. We'd to come back the chicken satay since they were overcooked however they replaced our purchase with a far greater chicken satay. Whenever we ordered bottled water, nevertheless, the waitress requested if it had been all right on her behalf to obtain it from another vendor outside, uncertain if they normally usually do not have bottle water or should they had just go out. Small restaurant with affordable good food in excellent Shangri La Plaza location and great service.

We've been to numerous dining places in Manila. We've attempted the hotels and top quality dining places. Sentosa's service is preferable to most of the top quality dining places. The staff are great and very helpful. Furthermore, the hainanese chicken will be amazing! Sentosa is well known restaurant.
