Global traveler and also have been to several branches including those in cruise ships . Ordered a straightforward brownie based cold espresso in addition to a toasted sandwich . After completing order accompanied by attendant working to kitchen was told that brownies unavailable . Afterfurther check with his group he explained that a few of the sandwich ingredients unavailable. Reordered salmon sandwich to that i was told zero creams cheese available..... Left without purchase .... obviously no quality handle by head office leading to poor service .... Should not have the Seattle best logo design .....

The service was quite slow and my coffee was served almost cold both times I visited this shop in Ayala mall. I purchase a hot espresso because I really like my espresso to be hot in any other case I order a cool iced coffee. The next timeI asked to obtain but they also didn't bother to say that in my own order. The espresso I ordered was filled with sugar without reason. I in fact hated it. Expensive espresso but high quality was pooooor. Unhappy.

While it's not our top choice for coffee, I actually like their breakfast foods and sandwiches. I obtain the corned beef and pancakes dinner, it includes brewed coffee. Pretty good.
