It's our first-time to go to this cafe and I have to say that it had been an okay knowledge for me personally. First off it had been a significant challenge finding it as the signage is barely noticeable therefore my advise would be to focus on easy and simple landmarkwhich will be Palawan Pawnshop since it's perfectly in front otherwise you'll be getting lost in the event that you give the deal with to the cab driver. We arrived around lunchtime and ordered immediately so we are able to take pictures while looking forward to our meals. We ordered Nachos (best for 2-3 pax), choco strawberry and cookies & cream shakes along with waffles and ice lotion unfortunately their waffles isn't available. We also attempted Oceana rice bowls' Ningyo's poultry teriyaki and Barnacle's peppered beef. The shakes are usually yummy however the nacho chips split quickly thank God I loved it due to the sour and lotion and chili con dip. Oceana rice bowls aren't my favorite I think it is as well salty for my flavor and the iced tea that was included with the dinner is much too sweet for me personally. The flavor of the food isn't to die for however the display can be Instagram worthy. The wait around time is appropriate and the only real staff was nice good enough to provide us the wifi password (wifi is free of charge, btw) before we requested for it so when my sister wished to order Poultry sisig he educated her that it generally does not have rice and recommended available their Oceana rice bowl choice instead that is superb customer support rather than getting surprised that it is viand just. Overall the atmosphere is quite homey my niece certainly enjoyed her mermaid expertise at this cafe.
