We ordered Batchoy, Laing and Inasal Sisig and all are delicious. I really like Laing due to the spiciness. We shall purchase Pork or Tuna sisig the next time as I believe it would be much better than Inasal but nonetheless good taste. Ambiance are usually nice.Staffs are usually accommodating. Their menus certainly are a bit pricey.

After walking & searching a location to consume we landed in Sarsa. We cherished it! The Kare kare, batchoy, Poultry inasal stuffed our growling tummy. We certainly enjoyed the provider & the ambiance. We are back!

Awesome food and service! Authentic flavor with a Chef JP twist. Sizzling kansi and grilled bangus tummy sinigang was very delicious. Will undoubtedly be back for sure.

I tried the Poultry Pecho Inasal, Adobong Pusit (Squid Adobo) and Sinigang. Every one of them were best pull. The Inasal is preferable to the main one from JT's....in addition to the place is a lot more hygenic. Being truly a non Filipino I could only adjust to several localdishes and Sarsa offered the very best of these up to now. The service is quick and accomodating. I cherished it here!

Sarsa was previously one of the best restaurants in BGC. Sadly, several factors made this alter: The staff is unattentive, quite slower, and simple gestures this type of "hello" when offering the menus are lacking. Especially payments have a very long time, also at lunchtime whenever there are just couple of tables in use. Another point may be the booking system: 1 day its extremely hard to book beforehand, another day it really is. I needed to book a desk for 4 (business supper), but was informed that its extremely hard and we should simply come. Weird, but alright. Went there, and we have been rejected because the place is complete. Stupid thing that initial two tables are in fact unused, but blocked with a "reserved" sign. Seriously guys, what's that? Lastly (maybe im simply unlucky), the menu had been changed, and 2 of the best meals, and the best drink have disappeared. I must say i loved this location, but especially the crappy provider gets me annoyed each and every time. We was previously frequent visitors, but forget about!

It was our first-time consuming at Sarsa and we were amazed. Even though wait was lengthy, we made a decision to stick around because the food seemed excellent and works out we were correct in waiting. The program could possibly be improved but general, we'llbe definitely end up being back.

Among the best areas to go for those who have the craving for Pinoy meals. Menu offerings could be known as fusion and contemporary because they put today's twist to the original Filipino foods. The sizzling kansi, for instance, is really a re-imagined bulalo soup (withcow bone marrow) that's cooked and offered on sizzling platter. They will have so many fascinating selections on the menus, an individual visit would not really be adequate to get flavor of these all. Food assistance is quick from their personable employees.

This restaurant used to provide great value with good service. As time passes, they appear to have already been unable to deal with their reputation. New menu products unavailable, inattentive staff--recent indications are pointing to the location reaching unbearable, overrated ranges.
