Love the atmosphere (minimalist style but of spacious sense), inside (not smokey for the cozy grill location nor crowded...it’s such as dining is likely to nook) and most of most, the meals (all side dishes are usually yummy; medium-uncommon woo samgyup and tohsisal are usually my favorites)! Deservesits awards!

13 September 2019, Fri, around 1 in the afternoon I produced a phone call in their mind to reserve a table for 6 or 7 individuals, they gave me 8pm since this is the earliest accessible routine. I agreed and proceeded to go there. At around 7:30pm theirstaff known as me (and texted) to verify my schedule. Whenever we arrived we had been led to our chairs and introduced to your server. I know what to purchase so I almost instantly gave my purchase. The server then educated me that I cannot order the set dinner for 6 because some meat products weren't available, I asked should they could be switched for offered products and the server stated no. The server after that disclosed that the only real set meals obtainable were for just two 2 or 4 people--they didn't have the meat items we designed to have and had not been all grilled, to my understanding most available set foods had hot pot that we didn't come. The server mentioned that people can just purchase everything a la carte, which may be very expensive weighed against ordering the set food and simply adding some products we wanted. Ultimately, me and my companions simply ended up discussing where else we wished to eat and left. As the server has been apologetic, the apoligies wouldn't normally have already been necessary had that they had the professionalism to see me in advance so that I possibly could have made a far more informed choice. They known as and texted me half an hour before our reservation to verify, they could also have well informed me of the problem so I may have already cancelled, shifted to another restaurant, and my desk abandoned for other customers.
