I assume Sari is from Maria Rosario, who owns the place. The ambiance was Barrio Fiesta type, but that didn't deter us three starving tourists. Our lunch time the prior day was a little disappointing, in a eating place close to the Mitra ranch. Therefore, whenthe waiter suggested kare-kare we turned it lower, because that has been what we had the prior day. We chose rather the combined grilled platter - shrimp, clams, fish, pork belly, poultry, and mud crab. All had been fresh, scrumptious, and correctly seasoned. The resident crab professional pronounced it as exceptional. Another dish was pinakbet- blended vegetables, with string beans, eggplant, squash, and bitter melon, sauteed with pork and fish paste. Their edition has been with anatto, although I don't see what that introduced in to the dish. Still, this is among the best pinakbet I ever endured. Our knowledge was unexpectedly excellent. The price was affordable. The service was furthermore excellent, with the waiter quite knowledgeable of the meals. What an enchanting lunch that has been.

The Kare-kare was so tasty with an excellent compliment of good-tasting bagoong. The mixed seafood (mainly grilled) was also equally distributed with shrimps, clams, fish, squid and ocean weeds plus natural mango with bagoong... Exactly like in the baryo

After trying a few of the bigger name restaurants, lastly one which serves incredible food, specifically the Kare-Kare and the seafood. Overlook Kinabuchs and simply dine here, fresh tasty seafood, the very best Kare Kare around, and attentive caring employees.

Some friends who've been to Puerto Princesa recommended that I try out this place. The cafe itself is ok. However the food....BLAH!!!

This place probably gets the most delicious beef kare-kare I've ever tasted. Each time I'm in puerto i'll come back over and over simply for that. The waiter forgot my beer that is the only negative i must say about my supper. Delicious!

probably the most disappointing thing concerning the seafood kare kare was that it had been ALL SOUP. not merely was there Almost no seafood in the dish, however the mussels were nevertheless in the clam shell, therefore had been the shrimp, which we counted to be just about3-4, and there have been pathetically small bits of squid tenticles inside it, some other than that..it had been a few bits of petchay and all soup.....it had been extremely disappointing..specifically for the price they charged...it had been ridiculously disappointing...just one more over-rated and overpriced eating place in palawan...

Recommended to us simply by the staff on Balai Felicisima since a good place for supper. It had been a Monday evening, and there is only 2-3 couples there through the evening, though still pleasurable. The Filipino meals was delicious 'masarup' and moderately costed. Lovedthe bamboo tables, chair and cafe itself. Would gladly move there again
