We were several five and we paid just four because one was a birthday celebration celebrant, nice promo. Food was good, options of Filipino, Japanese and Korean. Another selection, cooked foods from from the buffet counter or even to be prepared in your desk rightinfront of you. Incidentally, service was excellent however the space temperature was a little warm on that summer day

My boyfriend and We was (“was” because probably might not come back) a normal diner at Sambokojin Megamall. We received a frequent diner cards that is like a many thanks cards for dining. Each check out we need to present this cards before having to pay forstamping. In exchange, if we surface finish the card could actually reach free “welcome back again” buffet. But the terrible portion is this guy called Jayson Cachuela (server staff members) performing RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL infront folks. While were consuming our foods (yes! we weren't done yet taking in) this Jayson inquire if were likely to use the diner cards and we mentioned yes and he require it. I request my bf if do he ask the expenses currently because i haven’t end my meals pa and he stated no. The tricky component is whenever we gave our cards to the Jayson, he’s stating that people are not qualified to receive the free of charge buffet coz’ it'll be validated on another visit pa. Therefore i got baffled na why its not really validated eh we obtained our stamp finished na? What my bf and i triggered us is definitely how he replied and talked to us with a higher PITCH TONE (or even more like IRRITABLE tone) and POINTING FINGER pa! “basahin nyo po ito oh” and WALKED Out there. SERIOUSLY? Making us a really actually mad. NAGTATANONG LANG AKO KUYA. Will be this is one way you treat your consumer as you don’t have provider charge??!! Just how many times do we have to ask for drinking water?? that is dapat upon seated may drinking water na agad diba, SOP yun. Just how many minutes and just how many server are usually we going to require 1 fcvking spoon?? DAHIL WALA KAYONG SERVICE Cost KAYA POOR ANG Services??!! Jayson go back to our desk, we ask him if we're able to meet his manager, this individual said “Bakit po? In what??” I just mentioned “may itatanong lang ako concerning the card” but strong inside, we just need some senior to take care of our concern PERFECTLY which the supervisor did naman. He do apologize for what take place, he provided us the costs and another diner cards. We weren't into any promo or free of charge buffet, WE WOULD LIKE TO EAT that day time (we are having to pay guest) and the incident ruined our time even lost our urge for food. We don’t surface finish our food up for grabs, we simply left the cafe very very disappointed. Just what a terrible experience!!
