I'm giving a 5 superstar rating because our meals server Pauline was extremely accomodating. The food can be good. My niece who's visiting & on holiday from Australia enjoyed the empanada de lomo quite definitely. While my son continually orders the lomo saltadoeverytime we dine at Samba.

Great Peruvian & fusion foods, most versatile in great green terrace room with outstanding service. Strolling in without reservation, staff discovered a good table outside close to the pool/bar, and Ernest was super expert on food and wines recommendation and overall services at the table.

Great Peruvian seafood dishes inside an elegant casual poolside environment. I'm a regular diner here while residing in the Shangri-la Resort. The menu is filled with fresh, delicious seafood meals, but there's also a lot for carnivores and vegetarians. Service (specifically from Ernest) will be impeccable.

Awesome and my very first experience to test Ceviche that is amazing and I love it. Very tasty and worthy. Thanks a lot Ernest who’s provider is quite considerate of me and my small two women. He gave me plenty of order suggestions and fulfilled children’sspecial specifications. Many people are satisfied.🥰

We had an excellent lunch time! Our servers, Ernest & Jun, provided excellent assistance. Ernest suggested what’s greatest on the menus and we completely enjoyed our meals, the ambiance, & attentive program. We are back for sure.

Exceptional food and service. Specific because of Robert for the Sierra Madre cocktail, my boy loved it. I recommend the Peruvian foods on offer in this restaurant.
