I'm giving a 5 superstar rating because our meals server Pauline was extremely accomodating. The food can be good. My niece who's visiting & on holiday from Australia enjoyed the empanada de lomo quite definitely. While my son continually orders the lomo saltadoeverytime we dine at Samba.

Great Peruvian & fusion foods, most versatile in great green terrace room with outstanding service. Strolling in without reservation, staff discovered a good table outside close to the pool/bar, and Ernest was super expert on food and wines recommendation and overall services at the table.
