The restaurant came strongly suggested and we were so excited to use it. We purchased appetizers: cheese quesadillas & poker chips (homemade). The waiter introduced the entrée prior to the appetizer; upon correction he delivered the quesadilla ( bad, but edible). The homemade chips werecold & were in no way refreshed. The entrees were poultry burrito and poultry & chorizo Paella. The burrito had been stuffed with potatoes without flavor and the paella has been overcooked to the stage where the rice had not been recognizable as rice. The knowledge was the most severe of our 5 times in Boracay. Whenever we gave suggestions to the supervisor, she wanted to request the chef what occurred…this made no feeling to me. I informed her it was not essential because is wouldn't normally change our experience. I'd not recommend this cafe to anyone. The below images summaries our experience.

I’m this type of huge enthusiast of Mexican food so when I attempted their quesadilla it exceeded my anticipations!!! Their foods was sooooo great and the staffs had been very type and accommodating. They also gave us free of charge appetizer. Will definitely get back to this eating place. It’s11/10 for me personally!!! ❤️

When I think around of Filipino/Hispanic cuisine within the island my thoughts jump right to Salsa Boracay, particularly when I would like to indulge my quesadilla cravings. The taste packets are perfect. I totally Stan their Pollo Mexicano. Juicy poultry smothed with sauce and layers ofsavory, salty, delicate spice and contact of sweet each goes far beyond hitting the location and my tastebuds were truly dazzled. The desserts are outstanding and well presented, an ideal relationship of both delicate and subtle sweet goodness. The service is outstanding and the atmosphere is excellent. Every staff includes a tale to tell for every food they presented. Salsa Boracay is actually a hit with plenty of hungry both regional and foreign gourmand vacationers. Dining expertise in this cafe is actually "Oh heck yeah"
