Bookmarked RYU due to the reviews! We had been in your community yesterday therefore we grabbed the opportunity to eat right here. At 5 PM on a Sunday, we nearly had the area to ourselves! The area is quite small that is why it will get crowded during peakhours. So much better come previously or after and that means you won't need to wait long. Car parking space is challenging as well, considering it's between a great many other establishments in Tomas Morato. We ordered 3 of the greatest sellers: 1. Tantanmen Ramen - the home Exclusive. Their tantanmen is great to the last fulfilling slurp. They're not really kidding when they state its spicy since it really is! Simply be sure you choose gentle. They will ensure it is less spicy if you're not just a chilli freak like me. I chose HOT. And I'm so pleased I did. It had been FIERY!!! We enjoyed just of it, we purchased another helping of the soup! 2. Tori Karaage Curry - exclusive curry rice with Japanese fried poultry. I’m an enormous fan of curry. Should it be Indian, Thai, Japanese, anything. curry. time period. The bolder and spicier the tastes, the higher! Karaage is among my faves as well, but do not have I attempted it with curry. That is why Tori Karaage Curry had been so interesting if you ask me! The curry was moderate rather than that sweet, that is good, with soft chunks of potatoes, carrots and pickled radish. Karaage has been tender and juicy. The sharp coating stayed crunchy even though drowned in the curry sauce. 3. Ebi Tempura - the traditional Japanese prawn dish. I really like their helping of ebi tempura! Five big bits of crispy, airy, lighting, and non-greasy tempura. It grew to become also tastier when dipped in the lighting yet flavorful sauce. Ryu Ramen and Curry has generous servings inside the vast majority of their dishes. Foods is tasty, but a little pricey. Service is great. Staff is educated and cheerful. Location is clear and cozy. Restroom will be clean too. Happy and complete and prepared to sleep by enough time we were accomplished eating! (:

This was my first-time to use RYU Ramen & Curry. I attempted the Chashu Ramen that is filled with chashu pork and half of a boiled egg. I adored the Chashu Ramen - the pork is smooth and chewy. I cannot state that isthe best ramen I've tried however the place is worth attempting as they usually do not only offer you ramen but additional Japanese fares aswell.

Tried the one situated in UP Town Center rather than the Tomas Morato branch. Ramen had been relatively cheaper than almost all ramen joints on the market. We ordered the "quite spicy" variant of Tantanmen (because we generally get dissatisfied with the spiciness degree of some other ramen restos),Torikatsu curry, pan fried pork gyoza and 3pcs ebi tempura. Tantanmen was alright. Huge helping in a bowl topped with 2pcs chashu (that i also liked because it isn't as well fatty) and a somewhat flavorful tamago. It had been indeed spicy but nonetheless not to the degree that i believed it might be. For another foods that people ordered, the initial bite made me believe they were tasty, but every bite from then on appeared like the foods are receiving more bland. I have no idea if it's simply me or they're not as tasty when i thought they must be. Service was great though and there's support tea.

I've been to just about any ramen home in Manila, and We tried out RYU because of the signature curry ramen. It isn't bad, but it's in no way going to win best ramen list spots any time in the future. It's less costly than other ramen homes though, so it'san choice for a spending budget ramen run.

Joined up with friends here, (their option), they recommended this spot and mentioned they have been here before. It had been mid afternoon no crowd. It was raining. Lunch time was served also it hit the place in my belly. The purchase price was affordable. Good eats.
