We hosted a family group dinner for approximately 40 people and individuals were really pleased with the venue, the meals, and the program. They place us in an exclusive area with 5 devoted servers and our very own buffet setup. The Kare-Kare and Crispy Binagoongan wereto die for. But even prior to the buffet was opened up, we received appetizers with our wines and cocktails that integrated crablets, a springtime roll with that got tinapa (smoked/salted seafood), and small croquettes filled up with longganiza from Vigan. The personal dining area also exposed to a courtyard if you desired some oxygen, you could go out with your wine cup and sit down under their capiz lamps. The area is designed just like a museum with tales and pictures of Carlos P Romulo around so if you’re web hosting a big party, it’s possible for the visitors to entertain themselves simply looking at the photos. Very strongly suggested.
