We visited the Ribshack in Sm Town Bacolod for lunch. Location: SM town Bacolod Southwing, infont of ACE equipment. Food: we tried the backribs, it had been delicious and soft . My buddy had the grilled glowing blue Marlin also it tasted great. The poultry barbequewhich my in-legislation had was also tasty. Price: $$-$$$ Take notice: the rice inside Sm Town Ribshack is unlimited. I'm unsure if it's the same with another outlet in Bacolod Town. Overall: it really is amazing.

Ive gone to Ribshack multiple occasions but this is actually the first time I am reviewing it. My partner, our girl and I ate right here one day. We like ribs therefore thats what both of us ordered. It had been soft and delicious but mine was actually1/3 excess fat. The servers held asking me easily wanted even more rice coz they noticed there is still a sizeable part on my plate, but alas I possibly could not really eat it. Its great to possess some fat onto it however, not THAT much. I am hoping they appearance at what they get ready carefully.
