Good service, great location if you stay static in the hotel however the high quality of the a la carte didn't meet expectations. The standard of the steak had not been what things to expect for 1,300 pesos.

We ate two foods ate the restaurant. Even though food was Alright, the service was inadequate. No-one asked if we needed more beverages, we waited along period for the bill. Multiple wait personnel approved by us, but no-one acknowledged us. We decidednot to suggestion at either food. We just originated from a resort with excellent service. Sorry guys.

The breakfast buffet selection is sparse, as though a battalion of soldiers already ate despite me getting my breakfast early at 7AM. The congee (pork porridge) bowl will be empty, additional chafing dishes may also be empty as the salad area continues to be intact. The bacon will be byorder but includes a funny flavor. The coffee is cool, so may be the "warm" chocolate. The breakfast buffet isn't a thing that will entice one to get right up early in this resort unfortunately.

Only dined right here because buffet breakfast is roofed inside our room rate. I trust previous reviews that all of the food on offer isn't that extensive needlessly to say of a 4-superstar hotel. If our area rate does not consist of breakfast I would've justeaten beyond your hotel. The fruits appeared as if these were from the supper buffet a evening before. I gave a ranking of 3-star as the employees were attentive enough plus they welcomed us cheerfully.

We have there been for a seminar, since we received a restricted time for lunch time, we made a decision to try their foods, listed below are our comments: 01 Meals Attendant Princess told us that the cooking will need 20 minutes nonetheless it took a lot more than 40 minutes.It took us ten minutes to get a menu to purchase coz no staff appears to bother. 02 She forgot to serve my soda drinking water. 03 She forgot to assist the ordered pasta of my companion. 04 She was arguing with her better near us about our incident. 05 She didn't apologized to us what occurred. 06 The meals doesn't taste good. 07 The meals were expensive. 08 The assistance was horrible. 09 The staff demands training even their excellent specially on how best to cope with a complaining guest though he produced an apology and tried to produce a service recovery. 10 We were so disappointed. 11 The restaurant was clean and tidy but furniture needs refurbished.

Excellent lunch buffet! Quite great selection of salad ingredients. A little bit of shashimi and sushi. Great cheese selection. Different meats for grilling to purchase. Nice selection of main dishes (seafood, meat, vegetables). Great fruits and desserts and also ice lotion. I was nearly all impressedby dishes of walnuts and pecans! The only real fault I could make will be that the cuts of the beef weren't excellent quality and somewhat hard. Everything else good.

Had happy remembrances of the place but sadly forget about. During ouu remain at the Heritage despite reserving a table there have been none available and in addition at that time 8 pm most of the Buffet choices were tired searching and looking for replenishment. Wedid not really stay and ate somewhere else that night. Breakfast there next early morning was a whole lot worse. Apparently catering for a few 600 guests there have been no tables available also it was therefore crowded you can not even see that which was available at the buffet. Once again we'd to go somewhere else. On our second night time we tried once again. Despite being suggested that there will be a carvery there is only some extremely unde rcooked roast beef with none of the anticipated accompaniments and an extremely limited selection of suitable options for those desiring western design dishes. I actually acquired cheese and biscuits which at a price of 1450 pesos had not been cheap. Sorry Heritage nevertheless, you were so far better in the past.

Terrible service, crap food that is mostly cold. requires a refurbishment badly simply because chair, tables and bench chairs showing their age. However they cost like its a high class hotel.
