Rastro is not used to the Burgos circle, but overdue like a good Spanish restaurant inside the Fort. Service is OK, however the day time we visited there is just one (hard functioning) chef to cope with our 14 person desk. Paella is great and recommend thePaella Negra the una Marinara (Squid ink rice, squid bands, mussels and seafood fillets) but suggest calling ahead since it takes 2-30 mins to prepare.

This restaurant appeared to be in dire straits in summer 14 because they could only hire wait staff on training wages, some 100 pesos each day, not enough for transportation. Unfortunate that the govt right here enables such behaviour ! In case a place requirements todo this there is absolutely no hope.
