After our third attempt at pre reserving a online delivery 4 hours beforehand one hour before and fir the 3rd time I quit only to get a component order which they explained was cancelled, and I must state thank god Inever got the entire order it had been .....well suppose I was under impressed

I actually needed a steak which was best I possibly could come across. Steak was great but just not your money can buy. Usual problem on program terrible English no clue about western stuff like steak. Had to inform them about sides, butter, salt. Much too expensivefor the knowledge but I do get a steak.

Food is good seasoned, baby back again ribs are usually my new favorites. The home sauces are usually divine! I was especially impressed by the assistance crew, they're polite and intensely fast. We didn't wait for too much time to possess our orders used and served!

Racks is really a meat lovers eating place. We purchased the rib-attention steak and a beef ribs dinner. The rib-eye was 12oz, was very slim and 50% extra fat. The broccoli and cheese aspect dish acquired no cheese. The beef ribs had been cool and had no taste, tasteless.It took 10 minutes to even get yourself a menu and another ten minutes for the waiter to get our orders. We shall not eat there once again.

As usual, big helping! Took benefit of their calentine advertising. Wasn't that bad! Foods is ok. Still probably the most good ribs you will get in the metro! Drops away from the bone and incredibly tender. Was simply crowded during mu go to! Customers were alreadyfighting no one cared! Haven't noticed a guard, tho.

Visited the Greenhills branch nowadays for lunch time with my partner. She purchased Pasta Carbonara and I the London Seafood and Chips. We had been told 20 moments for the food nonetheless it arrived after ten minutes. The Pasta Carbonara was tasty but dried out and stodgyand my Seafood and Chips, regardless of the menu stating that the fish was battered actually had a crispy crumb coating. The seafood had been soggy and tasteless therefore straight from the freezer and in to the fryer. Overall not affordability and we will not be visiting Racks again

cooked in order to perfection this restaurant understands how to get ready pork ribs. i got the boneless ribs also it was excellent the only real drawback was they didn't offer any beer or alcoholic drinks although on the menu

We spent our final lunch day before Xmas break at Racks that is near our office. The food is normally good however the waiting time is incredibly long. It took 45 a few minutes for a straightforward lunch plate of poultry, pork and pasta. I understand sometimesthat food service may take long specifically when the area is full however the servers offered no apologies or even explanation for the slower service. The dog owner should train the service crew better. You can find so many eateries at. Customer Service could be a differentiator. As well poor Racks Fort Strip provides hardly any of that. Bad customer service.

We visited in my wife's Birthday celebration, 17th January 2020, as this is her favourite cafe for several years. Meals served was terrible, 2 adults and 2 kids, none of the meals was great. I ordered the united states Rib-eye, was about 5mm thick, mostlyfat, definitely not a US Rib-eyes. We spoke to Supervisor and he mentioned that the steaks are usually pre-loaded (frozen) and argued around. Finally decided to change for one fourth rack of pork ribs. Served natural. Pink and slimy. Notice Photos. My boy ordered Sausage plate, also it was dried out, and un-edible. Waiter informed us that there were many complaints concerning the US rib-vision. We left and ate someplace else. Awful experience, AVOID.

Made a decision to lunch here since haven't dined here on prior visits. First off, no-one was at the entry to steer me to a desk, simply walked in and chose whichever unoccupied desk I needed. No waiter/waitress approached me with a menus, experienced toget it from another desk. Took me about five minutes to get the interest of the waitress and the area had not been busy at all. Just 2 additional tables were occupied. The clam chowder was included with 2 slices of garlic loaf of bread. I rate nearly as good but nothing exceptional. Fish and chips. I price as Avetage, seafood was breaded not really battered and fried till abpoint where in fact the bread crumbs had been almost burnt. Service wise, I price a below average. This is from my very own experience, others could have their own overview of their experience as of this establishment.
