In case you are in Bacolod, drop by! Quedan is an extremely relaxed and atmospheric wines and tapas bar. I proceeded to go here with family almost a year ago and it didn't dissapoint. They have a thorough wine selection and tasty tapas. We are back!

Tapas, pintxos and wines just how they take action Spain. An extremely nice spot to spend an night with friends as well as business colleagues. You shouldn't be daunted in the event that you feel just a little inexperienced with choosing tapas or wines, the staff are nicely trained to recommenda great selection.

You may still find Spanish-blood families surviving in Bacolod, so it's no real surprise that their food tradition has been passed on the generations. Quedan serves the most common tapas and paella but several menu items are finished with an area twist (especially the cocktails). Excellent forfamily and friends. A little pricey. Interesting tastes though.

It was a family group occasion with my cousins and our children. Food was outstanding...they will have anything chorizo. Their wines selection is what actually appealed to me. We enjoyed a good bordeaux.

The anchovy pesto pizza was goooood! Boring interiors, just like the decorator got lazy. Menu has nothing in connection with the title of the restaurant. The only person in this mall which has a wine selection (20% off on wednesdays). Servings are real little (good forless thn 1 hehhehehe). Two wait personnel dont know anything concerning the menu! Tsk Sofa area, al fresco area and aircon areas.

Bacolod locals understand that this is the spot to see and become seen. It's just about the only good bar in the town but it isn't just the beverages (must attempt the Quedan Gin and Tonic!) and your wine menus (everything is usually hand-picked and tastedby the proprietors themselves!) that produce this place unique, the meals is delicious aswell! The menus is filled up with both traditional and contemporary Spanish/Filipino comfort food. We love ordering several different items on the menus and discussing with the complete table. My favorites will be the whole collection of Basque Pintxos ( specifically the Jamon Ailoli, Bacalao, Brie Cebolla, and Piquillo Brie Jamon), Sopa de Ajo, Beef Salpicao, Sisig, Pasta Puttanesca, Beef Kebab, Pesto Anchovy Pizza, Truffle Pizza, and Apple company Pie ala Setting or Tarta de Queso for dessert. Quedan is the sort of location to bring family and friends who come to go to Bacolod, all my visitors have definitely enjoyed the area. Would completely recommend to couples, sets of friends, and family members who wanna have supper and drinks simultaneously and remain 'til after dinner if they dim the lamps and the masses pours in. This location gets fairly packed on weekends therefore come before 9pm!
