This collaboration between Quicho and Chef Alain is one never to be missed. I recall the delicious moments when they worked jointly in Una Regalade and longed for a keep coming back. And now right here they're again! Quality of meals certainly didn't disappoint.Service is really as expected, reliable and excellent. Truly going the excess mile when i requested an off the menus dish which was previously offered in la regalade and has been offered without hesitation... and savory at that. Sorry... i favor not to inform what this dish had been.

We celebrated Valentine’s with this creative business owner friends in the brand new eating place of Chef Alain Raye of Una Regalade Manila fame. There have been mixed testimonials when it opened up towards the finish of last year therefore we dined with optimistic caution. The 1 Michelin-starred Chef Alain Raye fell deeply in love with a Filipina during his Una Regalade days, and today he could be permanently based right here with the like of his life. We loved our Valentine’s group time at Q&The and most of us agreed it was worthwhile. You just have to pick the right meals when you go. The Duck and Fontina Cheese Croquettes, Pan Seared Coated Jasmine Rice Powder Ocean Bass, 19hr braised then grilled kurobuta pork belly and Butterscotch and Maldon Ocean Salt Budino are strongly suggested. You’ll like the house-made pasta meals and breads. (You can find no rice choices in the menu). Spending budget about ₱2,500/mind for a 3-training course meal with wine.

We was introduced to the place by a relative and I've eaten there 5 periods in the past 14 days. Great food and fantastic service. Not really had a negative dish and I've tried several. The cocktails may also be great. Although, beverages areexpensive. Especially your wine. However, it is very clear that the administration has put plenty of believed into everything also it shows. Have got a booking for Saturday evening. Cannot wait.

We can’t believe that you can find only 3 reviews because of this resto! Sacrelige, as that is an unbelievable venue with quality foods and assistance. The establishement provides an authentic euro fashionable dining experience that just less than a small number of Manila restaurants can offer.
