HORRIBLE SERVICE!got generally there and had been told few minutes later on that what all of us ordered had not been available. i changed it with a fresh order and waitress simply nodded only to learn that she didnt observe it. if i hadn't implemented up,i wouldntknow they didnt take the brand new order. Customer Service is essential.a business exist due to customers.although customers aren't always right, at the very least train your frontliners on how best to assist customers: 1. when we arrived there is no warm welcome such as a Hi or How can i help? its a little place and we had been the next customer for them never to see us. 2. in the event that you ran out of Quesadilla and gentle Tacos,let your visitors know what's on the menus or prep your waitresses those are not available. 3.if they weren't aware that quesadilla and soft tacos aren't available after 30mins that the order was placed,at the very least be polite and have the customer what they would like to replace it with that's availble to work. suggest and recommend. we wasnt expecting a 5 star service,i likely to be treated how every hungry consumer should be treated.

el pollo loco is great. evidently what was finished with the soul. everything will be fried since it should, rice can be good, different then just about everywhere else. I don’t realize why they have this type of bad rating right here. It's delicious food, probably notall meals, but I'll attempt them too)
