Been here often but always spot the weakness of these setvice, not coordinated and every staff members appears to be busy by themselves. Always, customers need to follow-up on utensils, drinking water, condiments, sauces, etc. They're not attentive to clients requests. We noticedtoo that on exclusive occasions like Mothers Time, they don't have something for moms who dine. I really believe a little gesture of generosity won't cause you to lose a million. Check it out! Aside from squid with butter sauce, food is satisfactory. Enhance your squid menu, very costly! We were expecting entire squid, not sliced. Certainly, the squid dimension is small. Check up on this. I would recommend assign someone who abroad the dining region and become sensitive to the requirements of the clients. Two households walked out as the table reservation isn't organized. Perform something! The food isn't as particular as what others may believe, but if your customer support is good, you might draw more clients to go to your resto.

I'd like to stress some factors why We gave such score: Cellular phone and WiFi transmission in the store was pretty poor- the administration should think about this. I often went out to check on my friends whereabouts. The staff-they accommodated us well however they forgotdetails. I purchased for panga nonetheless it wasn’t integrated (though I must become thankful for that coz meals were plenty for several 4). They don’t understand who purchased who. We made extra orders yet they gave people the soft drinks on the tray. We got to pick the people that’s ours. It was probably that shop just opened in SM mall a time back. I am hoping you’re they would think about what I have written. On a brighter note, I love the ambience with those antigue dining models and interiors they will have. It’s like consuming in my own grandparents’ house.
