I've visited Paul,s through the entire Middle East at airports and also in Sultan car Kuwait. The product quality is the better. I even had lasagna in kuwait among best ever. Their bakery learn how to make pastries, artisan French bread etc.. This is brandnew within my favorite mall on the planet, the Powerplant Mall. This is enjoyable. Essential visit.

An unfortunate service lapse or perhaps a consistent poor management? Maybe we were in a large part, waiters don't see us regularly. We'd to wait miss orders or service. We'd to get around the counter to obtain our bill. Drinks ordered were notserved at all. We just cancelled them. Food was ok however, not outstanding. Using its international reputation, we expected much better than "ok" cuisine. Same experience using its BGC branch, food was just 'ok', comme çi comme ça. Overall, just adhere to their bakery items for takeout/ to-go. Dine-in food and service isn't money's worth.

Branch of renowned Paul's which opened in New South addition to Power Plant Mall, next to Starbucks and across from Nespresso boutique (discuss a café corner). Delicious pastries, and a surprise with the wonderful hot chocolate. Dined in, enjoyed excellent and attentive service. Don'tK ow concerning the other comments but staff was great. Recommend highly to flee the bustle of Power Plant.

Saturday evening at Paul's, Power Plant Mall. 8pm, some tables empty, restaurant 75% full. And compared to the long wait started... ten minutes for the menu cards, 40 minutes for a straightforward crepes, and for the next bread request another a quarter-hour. Altogether 70 min.for something might have been managed in half an hour. Neighbouring table exactly the same. Badly managed staff (plus they were plenty), poorly organised. Was there a good manager? Not at all Paul (worldwide) standard. Terrible service, food was okay/bread good as always.

Last Sunday, December 2, was our second time at Paul. It could be quite hard to obtain a table there, and diners should be ready to wait during peak hours. Paul has already been open for breakfast however the place is popular for lunch, snackand dinner. It includes a wide range of breads and all-day breakfast meals. Exactly the same could be said about their iced teas - they have even the “iced tea of your day”! Paul is noted because of its elegant interiors the menu prices have become affordable. The presentation of the meals is nice too. The only real downside I can think about is that diners may need to approach the counter/ cashier to obtain water as well as the bill because the waiters have become busy taking and bringing orders during peak hours.
