PARD's Litsong Manok from Tsibugan is really a two storey cafe inside Bayanan 1, Calapan Town. Everytime, I go to Calapan on a small business trip, I constantly go to this bistro for the neighborhood cuisine they provide. Foremost on the checklist is the well-known,...litson manok, thelaing, the ginataang langka but my true favorite may be the carabao beef steak and the ginataang carabao meats. Getting bred in Manila, carabao meat is certainly in no way served in the dining places. However, in Calapan Town, carabao dishes will be the house specialized of PARD's. This restaurant in located in Calapan City, You won't ever miss it since it is the pards restaurant in the city. Their specialy will be grilled chicked and liempo which will cause you to drool and order even more. there is also their own sort of sisigthat is tasty and makes you need to order more. They will have furthermore dinakdakan which taste excellent. The staff here's few so you have to move down stairs in case you are on the next floor to order. Among the good things here's they have a the stand by position videoke on the next floor in the event that you feel like singing while consuming. Overall I would recommend eating at this eating place and attempting there Lechon Manok/Liempo, Buko Halo Halo and Sisig
