We've been to paletas before this go to, we like paletas menu, we just like the meals, however on our newest visit there is barely anything on the menu. And the waitress didn't know very well what that they had and didn't have. There is a celebration duein for karaoke and that has been there sole problem. The karaoke party just had some individuals, it had been very loud. There have been off duty employees sitting outside consuming and smoking rather than taking into thing to consider the customers. The meals we did get was good, the chef is good but front of house need training, the chef must brief them what's available, the of duty staff have to be considerate of customers, the management must ensure that menu items can be found and kareoke ought to be lower volume if some other clients are accepted for food.
