After seeing 15*5reviews we'd really high anticipations on the Lechon. Which means this is our evaluation predicated on previous Lechon encounters and my very own slow roast abilities from back home. 1. The Lechon had not been crispy, tasted like boiled meats instead of slow roasted, incredibly fatty (loose white extra fat, not melted enjoy it should on a gradual roast) and there is zero flavor (except boiled pig, but thats not really what you want on Lechon) 3. The waiter forgot our rice, TWICE (1st did not obtain it, reminded him, nevertheless no rice, pinged the bell for Jim who didn't hear it certainly since we had been on 2nd flooring but he arrived to check on in on us half method through the Lechon and known as the waiter who obtained the rice. The rice has been boilt to mush=not edible therefore we questioned for a reheat of the Lechon because it was very cool by now (not so hot when we first got it either). We shared 1kg Lechon (550php) me and my GF. I eat plenty of meats, my GF not really much, but nevertheless we didn't feel very full (even with 2beer and 2 coke). Food experience 1* Jim explained the choose the pig from a neighborhood who roasts it for 5-6hrs. If thats for a complete pig i am aware why the effect is what's was, but nevertheless there is no spice or flavor, also the sauce was fairly bland and the traditional philipino vinegar/garlic/chili mix was also quite lame. Below is before we started taking in and directly after we finished. As noticed there exists a lot of fat plus some bone when completed. We even allow skin as it had not been crisp, rather like gentle chewy substance without to little flavor. A genuine pity, I wish this is a one timer in any other case i hardly understand the high reviews. Oh, also the positioning was totally incorrect on trip advisor, we corrected it (had been about 2-3km off). Hope they progress roasts later on.

Some meals wasn’t accessible. Price are not inexpensive, and all that people ordered was not delicious at all. I couldn’t realize why ranking is indeed high. Doesn’t complement with enthusiastic testimonials. My advice to capture treecicle( approx 100 Lexi) and also have a great choice abdexcellent supper at El Nido

You need to try the banana and toffee dessert, so delicious, you won't miss it once you check out El Nido!! So helpful and kind staff, recommend this location. Fruit shakes and the meals that people tried was excellent as well!

Excellent upstairs seating area, we enjoyed the nice collection of beer not to mention took the Lechon with have been delivered from Cebu previously that early morning and roasted to perfection. The dog owner is really a some what of an area celebrity and contains the likesof manny pacquiao among others visit the restaurant.
