I’ve been searching for a location with great grilled panga or tuna jaw. Most areas serve panga dried out or unpalatable. Pakit’s Grill has excellent juicy tuna jaw. It is becoming my go to location whenever I crave for panga. Their grilled swordfish and kinilaware furthermore recommended. Grilled poultry is on the lovely side but I enjoyed it. Prices are usually reasonable.
