I got beef gyudon and hehad Jurassic ribs. BUT... service was very slow. Maybe your kitchen couldn’t deal with peak demand that is unfortunate. If i may i would price them 0.5 star because the server was great and still smiling after and during the ordeal. Here’s what happened: 1. The hostess has been unsmiling whenever we approached, remained unsmiling and quite dismissive through the reservation and advance orderingprocess 2. Had been seated after 5-10mins, sat and waited for foods for approx 15-20mins, where the majority of the servers overlooked us requesting water 3. Appetizer came: poultry cheese stick. Was rock cold however in fairness still crunchy 4. After another 10mins roughly, 2 dish came. 1 was hot. However the other was once again stone frosty. Asked to be repaid. Returned with some wafting steam but nonetheless cold. 5. After another 5-10mins, the final 2 orders emerged. The ribs. Again chilly! And hands down the rice paired with the ribs had been half cooked. Really crunchy! They changed the rice, supposed heated the ribs but ribs nevertheless came back cold. At this stage we quit.
