It was our first-time to remain at Okada, Manila no doubt, its the very best hotel there's in the Philippines at this time. Continued a Saturday evening to start to see the fountain display, ate dinner on the Lobby Lounge since it is the closest to.to . the internet casino. Questioned for a desk for five about 8pm and we had been on the wait checklist for about a quarter-hour. Foods pricedas expected from the 5 star hotel, sufficient serving like I'd state best for 2 people specifically the noodles and salad. Not really the sandwiches though that is definitely individual serve. Hospitable crew. Stunning restaurant setting.

It was a particular day for all of us, as my hubby & I were celebrating our loved-one's birthday. We'd late lunch at Capture By the bay with this 5 month old infant. After ordering several meals my sister & I proceeded to go round the restaurantso my child doesn't bored & grumpy. Whenever we came back my hubby stated that the sauce has been spilled by the server no proper apology was presented with. But he was alright. The nightmare was whenever we were eating I came across a worn in hands down the dish. We demonstrated it to the server, a supervisor emerged, apologized insincerely, inquired for an email to handle what happened. There is no supervisor on that day. After that she said she'll take away the dish from the costs. I informed her that if these were likely to replace the dish, you don't have. And I requested her to clear all of the dishes. We didn't finish our dinner and we've already lost our urge for food. Especially that I'm breastfeeding my infant. No chance I will be in a position to continue eating thinking about him. And eventhough we didn't completed our meal, we had been still charged with the complete bill aside from the dish with the worm. It had been very disappointing that this kind of high end restaurant in an exceedingly good hotel were not capable of handling this sort of circumstance. We felt neglected. I couldn't find the title of the restaurant, therefore the one star price is just a evaluation for the eating place not the resort. The staffs in the resort were great though. Everyone were useful and often smiling. And the entire stay in the resort was great aside from the restaurant mentioned. Furthermore, they took the e-mail nonetheless it has been a lot more than 2 a few months but there's still simply no feedback. So much once and for all customer service yeah?. Really unhappy. Very disappointing.
