The favourite of our web host, who's from Victorias Town, introduced to us the best/authentic Poultry Inasal at Manukan Country, Bacolod. The dining area can be an open one, not enclosed and air conditioned, despite huge flock of individuals and guests. Costs are inexpensive! We lovethe Authentic Flavor of Kansi (fork-tender beef with meaty natural jackfruit in warm and sour broth), as well! An extremely must-try when inside Bacolod!

We were told we can not keep Negros without trying Bacolod's poultry inasal and we were told to use the people in Manokan Nation. We're glad we didn't miss attempting it. The meals were so delicious. Among the best poultry inasal I've evertasted. There have been seafoods available as well. This can be a must attempt when in bacolod.
