This is my second time at Café Museo in Bacolod. I really like places which are non-chain dining places and where foods is prepared carefully and passion. Actually those will be the only ones I'm willing to review since they really gained it. And thislittle gem suits right into that group. Seating will be prompt and the decoration sparse, however the higher ceiling creates a fascinating feel nevertheless. There have been only two staff that are also prepared the meals.
