Being the Singaporean, I simply had to attempt the meals to check when it had been really authentic Singaporean foods or simply a ripoff. I assume it's half method from what I've observed. Tried buying the Laksa - not really serving, purchased the Prawn noodle soup -not really serving. Reason being they didn't possess prawns. Last resort purchased the Fishball Noodle Soup and a kopi (coffee with milk/glucose) - yes that they had it. Verdict - Kopi - Okay tasted like Singapore hawker centre kopi - Fishball Noodle Soup - Failed - wrong kind of noodles offered, fishballs had been bland. But most of all, they didn't have the the cut reddish chillies to accompany the noodles. That is clearly a no-no in Singapore. Nevertheless, the only savior was the broth. In order a far simply because authenticity can be involved the food is certainly not Singaporean Food since it claims to end up being. Aside from the Kaya Toast and drinks.
