MXT is really a re-branding of Maxims Tea Home, which has been inside Manila for several years, but even though food is of exactly the same high high quality, it does not possess the environment that Maxim's was previously famous for. This is the drawback of Malllocations as the owners cannot show their individuality. They have introduced a variety of budget meals which are tasty and satisfying and intensely good value however the portions could be on the tiny side for Western tastes. In all, it is a good spot to eat and the meals won't leave you disappointed. Don't skip the Pancit Canton (Chow Mein).
