Shy from the preservatives and shakes which are packed with foods colorings, and try a thing that is healthy. Super yummy immune booster shake with chia seeds. Whenever I move ayala I usually drop by here. A thing that will be yummy and healthful atthe same time

My non-vegan brother and I actually had our day to day servings of natural smoothies/natural juice at Mooshi during Cebu. He loved precisely what he had there, specifically the breakfast natural smoothie bowl (as well hefty at 195 PhP though because the serving size is a littleover a mug, probably 1 1/8 cup). I furthermore liked the natural popsicle which is only a frozen natural smoothie with coconut lotion. Will definitely do exactly the same (go here daily) when I go back to Cebu.

If you are searching for something refeshing and healthy, it is a perfect spot to hop in. I usually like their Spinach Yogurt Fruit Salad and Power booster Smoothie.
