Visited the SM Town Cebu branch of Mooon getting previously visited various other branches through the entire Philippines. Ordered Soupa Con Papas, and Infant back ribs, with the smoothie drink. The soup arrived and was frosty! It certainly hadn't been subjected to the microwave. It had been returnedand a couple of minutes later a fresh bowl was shipped that had obviously experienced the microwave as bowl handles had been too hot to the touch! The ribs were ok, nothing exciting there, but again the accompanying rice was stone chilly! Asked for the costs, 15 minutes later on asked again regarding the bill, that was finally created. I paid after that had to hold back a further a quarter-hour to obtain my change delivered! Service slow! Food alright if heated!

This is at the Shopwise mall in Mambaling. We purchased the tuna belly, sizzling poultry, and spaghetti bolognese, and for the beverages I ordered clean calamansi fruit juice, and my son got the canned pine-orange fruit juice. The only real ones that didn't have the issue werethe pine-orange fruit juice and the poultry, the final I was not certain of because I did so not taste it when i don't eat meat any more, but my son didn't complain therefore i will simply presume it had been OK. My supposedly new calamansi fruit juice was store-purchased puree with 90% sugar. I ordered calamansi fruit juice because I has been getting a sore throat, and the sugar managed to get worse! They mentioned that they can replace it with genuine fresh calamansi, so when it arrived, it had been the same, just they added two little slices of calamansi. It had been still too nice; I acquired a headache following a sip. They described the contents, and I informed them that I have been making calamansi fruit juice in the very long time that I have already been alive and I understand how it appears, smells, and tastes like. I QUICKLY tasted the spaghetti, and the pasta was obviously not newly-prepared, it tasted enjoy it have been languishing in the freezer for weekly, at least. It had been alrady mushy. My son ate it, and that has been that. Then there is the tuna belly. It had been too salty, and had been just a couple hours away from getting spoiled. Worst of most has been the garlic rice that accompanied the laundry. It was actually spoiled! I experienced that kind of consistency of rice in my own house when I still left the rice in the rice cooker overnight at area temp, and it had been wet, smelly, and crumbly! Put simply, unfit for human intake! I came back the rice and inquired for plain and freshly prepared rice. They returned with heated rice, at the very least it didn't smell. My son wished to purchase the cheesecake for dessert, but should we danger consuming stale cheese? No chance! We simply bought ice lotion cones at the mall. This is actually the last time I'll eat as of this resto, and not really even a good evaluation in another branch can make me eat anyplace that got a Mooon indication at the door.

Place was ok. Little bit pricy. The taco uncertain if it had been taco since it didn't appearance and tasted like taco. The nice part may be the unlimited rice. But costly to consume. Might go back
