I love the place, the look, ambience, not to mention, the food... What dissatisfied me was the services... I assume the crew wasnt educated well and a touch too slow (assistance). Im sorry, but i nearly lost my appetite looking forward to my food.

We went because we wished to have lighting afternoon snacks. That they had a special merienda menus. Select any 2 merienda dishes with a glass of Iced tea for just 130 pesos! It had been a whole lot so we simply purchased 2 combos for three folks. We were stuffed! It had been much. Food served had not been bad either.

We have there been for lunch. 3 individuals, 3 meals. One dish had been extremly salty, the next one had not been good, and the 3rd one has been with shrimps, but there have been only 2 small bits of shrimps on the dish, but total only 1shrimp xD thats really bad... The waiting period is very lengthy. They dont have a really system how exactly to work and function...it happened that folks came 15mins after us, plus they had the foods ten minutes before us... Very bad

We'd a late lunch time here. There is hardly anyone there in comparison with another restaurants beside it. Helping a variety of Mexican and nearby meals, it wasn't anything excellent but plenty of to tide you over. Place was brilliant and in cheerful colours. Thehelp staff was okay and pricing was value. But when i said, it is not anything great.

I am certain Ayala forces Moon Café to market whenever you can in order to purchase the rent, therefore Mexican food and Filipino food on a single menu... dropped branding I experienced. Wash the hands after touching the menus since it hasseen better times especially with products crossed of / unavailable. The burrito was little and accompanied by nothing at all (nada)... SnR sell much better frozen burrito's.

I have already been to Moon Cafe in Dumaguete Town. It was way much better than this invest Davao. I have no idea if the franchisee in Davao is usually cutting brief the ingredients or your kitchen staff aren't preparing food properly. The Mooon steak we orderingwas so thin it wasn't even half an inch. The grilled poultry salad was so therefore, the seafood taco was a tale.

We'd lunch here on the Sunday, 28 January 2018. We ordered chimichanga, child back ribs, poultry fajitas, grilled pork stomach, and Ole Guacamole Nacho Chips. Food has been absolutely terrible. I came across curly hair in the grilled pork tummy. Known as on the waiter showing it.He took the plate aside to your kitchen. He came back, positioned the plate onto our desk, and tried his far better remove the locks from the plate with a papers napkin, all while trying to explain to us that it originated from the color brush utilized to baste the meats, and he really said that it is not human tresses, implying that it ought to be okay. Color brush bristle or not, it wasn't correct that it had been on our meals. And the employees fingering the food before us to eliminate the curly hair, granted he was utilizing a table napkin to take action, was an obvious indication that restaurant's workers weren't adequately trained. Service was in the same way deplorable. Each and every time we known as on the waiting personnel to have our eyeglasses refilled with drinking water, everyone acted as though they didn't hear us. Whenever a waiter taken care of us, this individual had currently forgotten about whatever it really is we asked, therefore we finished up reminding him once again. Whoever emerged would retreat behind the counter, after that relegate the duty to another individual. A female staff lastly came over, who in accordance with her ID has been the cashier, and grudgingly refilled our eyeglasses with water. All four folks, my hubby and two kids, finished up losing our appetites rather than even finishing a 4th of our food. We compensated a complete of Php 1,155. Before we still left, we went and looked for the supervisor, who ended up being the person who told us the hair was from the basting brush. We complained concerning the poor foods handling and service. Initially he said this individual was just likely to cancel the pork stomach, but eventually said he'd just return our money. It had been that bad he actually gave our money back. Beware. Don't proceed there.

Is this location a tale? Music so noisy it's distorted. Nothing at all on the menus looked good so purchased a beef burrito. Found the table covered in tin foil. Tortilla had been burnt which flavored the complete burrito. Will not be back.
