The buffet they provide is descent. The personnel are friendly and incredibly accommodating. We had been assisted by Ronniel who have been wonderful, extremely attentive and friendly. Services ambassador Ima was quite professional and caring aswell. The issue was the egg station. We began the breakfastearly around 630am, because it is a busy time. I visited the egg station to purchase 2 sunnyside up egg. Then your ala-chef uniformed woman named Bianca said, simply get this eggs right here. (Pointing at the pre-cooked egg). I informed her, I desired freshly make one. Her facial response looks like she obtained annoyed, body reaction really was negative. I viewed her and informed her that, I'd like freshly cooked egg Constantly we were seating on our table we pointed out that she will speak to other waiter, nearly pointing in us and then she'll help make faces. We didn't desire to ruin our day therefore we ignored her. Devoid of three day keep at the resort, we refused to visit the egg station because she was there. It may look petty but we stand to your high regular of customer service. Obviously, it was a negative experience with her. I'd like to request the F&B administration to retrain her and ensure that she comes after the order of one's guests. It is a constructive suggestions and appearance forward to my following visit and wish to see a noticable difference soon

its a nice spot to consume,,,clinical and simple with limited atmophere......much better eateries outside inside abreza mall.....there are several great whatever you can eat buffets in davao....theres one opposing advinco within downtown davao......very clean and 80% cheaper than misto
