It was indeed an excellent choice to celebrate and choose Mireio fro the very best 3 choices I've. First, the positioning is convenient, car parking or valet is simple, the staff replies instantly on inquiries and information on food and solutions, third the price/prices act like other choices and ready to give freebies that you hardly discover in other hotels. I am quite definitely particular on what fast people could work since We have very limited time and energy to arrange just about all and the employees of Mireio showed me how expert they are with regards to answering email messages and providing more informations We needed which made me opt to choose Mireio. I've no complaints, my 18 guests enjoyed their supper and the provider was just what We expected. The create was followed nicely and the menus was ideal for my options of wines. Finishing around 20 bottles, enough evidence that my visitors enjoyed the night time. My detailed instructions directed at the head waiter half an hour before the actual supper was followed well also it went easily. The rates per individual is comparable to various other hi end resorts and restaurants I've on my list however in the finish it’s the standard of support and the professionalism of the employees that matters. This matters a whole lot for me personally particularly with my occupied schedule, you merely want things done quick and detailed.

Food was good however, not worth the worthiness of P8600 per person. Also water in bottles coming in at about P500 is definitely ridiculous! Though it’s a French menus, perhaps some local contact or ingredient would ensure it is even more interesting. Nevertheless the priority was the service, that is lacking. Friendliness will there be definitely but we’ve been offered by 3 or 4 different people and towards the finish there was no-one and so I had a need to refill my husband’s wines glass. The purchase of dish serving had been also a little confused. Normally the beverages order should very first be taken, then your loaf of bread basket is served accompanied by the drinks and the first course. Inside our situation we were offered the initial course while my hubby was still perusing your wine list and finally the wines and much later the breads. There was also virtually no time to breathe between each dish also it sensed like we were getting rushed to complete our food. A palate cleanser will be a good idea, too. For a gourmet eating place of the reputation and cost value, we were expecting a far greater experience, which is tricky to find with regards to Philippine hotel and cafe hospitality. Initially while booking, I has been informed that there is no more table designed for two but on my 2nd inquiry an area was suddenly offered. All this period contacting from South Africa. I spoke to two hostesses. Though we enjoy the change in menus for my husband’s dietary limitations, we still believe that the staff requires a more extensive trained in fine dining program, that may uplift the trustworthiness of Filipino customer support in the eye of foreign guests. Many thanks.

We went for the brand new Year’s Eve Dinner. 5-course meals. Very overpriced for the product quality and execution. For the purchase price point much like Michelin Star dining places in London and NEW YORK which are ranked to be in the very best 50 Best on the planet, there's an expectation that meals will come close aswell. Sadly, not just a bit. Mireio continues to be from the league. Flavor composition must be developed ... components need to get together to attain the intended style. Rethink execution. Assistance is quite polite and type but must be effective and polished. I value the attempt.

On a trip to Manila, we were treated by family to lunch time at Mireio. We purchased from the set menus comprising either a salad or soup, main program and dessert, with beverages included. Everything was completed to perfection, service, interest, demonstration and the mealitself. When there is any drawback, the portions are fairly small. But it's lunch time. Every dish is initial, not your usual goods that provide no surprises. Be confident that you won't discover any duplication of these dishes any place in Metro Manila. To best it off, our nephew's spouse arranged a shock dessert treat of Dark Chocolate Truffle. I could hardly wait to use other offerings on another visit.
