The area is bustling with people but Mila's Buko Pie and Potato Cake are worth all of the push and the wait. I desire their products can be found in Manila.

Mila's Restaurant gets the best buco pie I've ever tasted my life. I nevertheless crave for this now that I'm in america; Unfortunately, I can't work out how to buy that and also have it delivered from the Philippines to Houston. lol.I also like their famous halo-halo. I love the ambience in Mila's and all of the staff have become nice. It is the first restaurant I'd head to in Hinigaran.

Mila's inside Hinigaran made a title for themselves once and for all items they made. I assume the most popular amongst their items are usually their buko pie and potato cake. Properly, their Bichokoy can be a favorite, it provides cheese inside and very delightful. I simply noticedthat their potato cake aren't as yummy sometimes (inconsistent)

My young sister gave us a pasalubong from her visit from Mila's inside Negros Occidental. This is a must to bring house this heavenly cake whenever she obtain chances to return to the province. The cake will be light, there's something concerning this cakethat create one go in one bite to some other. The buttery frosting and its own crunchy toffee kind topping makes it ideal with a freshly brewed espresso. One more thing she brought residential for the family may be the shop's versin of bibingka..which frankly tastes just like the well-known mamon among various other bakeries in town. However, these "mamon" were therefore light with the ideal sweetness to it. Mila's offers a lot of baked goodies to use from pies to breads and cake and everything are delicious. So once you get chances to go to Negros, do create a stop at Mila's and attempt their Potato cake as my best favorite. I am experiencing complex problem and couldn't upload the photograph of potato cake; nevertheless, I have this is actually the bibingka /"mamon" that is also divine.

This is actually the original location however they have a good little store in Bacolod aswell. Ever since I acquired a taste of these Potato Cake in regards to a decade back, I has been hooked and even would take this long get to score some. Don't expectsome fancy cake -- you will end up amazed how ordinary-searching this popular item is certainly but it's yummy! They provide more deserts and in addition serve other indigenous delicacies such as for example bibingka and buko pie. Full meals can be found aswell. Their dinuguan tastes excellent.

Stopped here regarding breakfast plus they were literally simply increasing their shutters. They obtained their close register front so we questioned if they're already open plus they were accommodating. We ordered several items on the menu and services was quick. Cansi isdelicious though meats served had not been what we anticipated, bone marrow, but sliced beef and tendon. We also ordered their popular pastries for remove. Their buko pie is merely delicious, filled up with buko meat rather than starchy, their bichokoy will be genuine, potato cake is great though icing is as well sweet for me personally but my small piggies loved it. Returned here after 2 times in the evening to get buko pie again and its own sold-out. Bought bibingka rather, its good as well but we had been expecting a far more traditional taste.

I was planing a trip to Kabankalan and we passed this small restaurant inside Hinigaran called Mila’s. The meals are great. Generally I don’t consume Dinuguan or instead I hardly ever eat this food, and then those eating place I knew who prepared them flawlessly and I had been surprisedthat their dinuguan is ideal. I'm writing this evaluation while consuming their sumptuous Dinuguan. Incidentally their Buko Pie will be heaven...
