The meals is okay and the employees are nice however they could actually invest about $9 on a rag plus some windex and ensure it is shine. An excellent shampooing of the carpeting would not be a great deal to ask.

I actually visited this lounge because We flew with Saudia Airlines. Extremely dissatisfied with the lounge. The home furniture and carpeting were unclean and old. The toilet area (one area out of service) had not been clear and the sewage odor hung in the surroundings. International drinks optionswere unthinkable. And the meals selection was incredibly limited. Service employees were attentive and helpful however the service is NOT an excellent representation of a small business lounge. Another airlines lounges on a single terminal (I saw two) were better quality.
