my family visited this branch final dec. 24, 2013 (each morning)...we ordered pancakes....it had been so terrible they continued accepting our orders however they never told people ahead that they go out of syrup for the pancakes....they simply served it without informingus , I could know when I was requesting the syrup and the staff and also the supervisor working merely said they ran out of stocks.... other thing furthermore their employees don'te ven understands how exactly to greet thus should they greet you won't also notice their smile...coz they greet however they just appearance downward or facing somewhere else....no eye get in touch with...i believe the management must have checked on the staff so they may have a refresher training course once and for all customer service...

Aside from the fact bthat this is a McDo's. mediocre junk food. N o safety. Two customers experienced a combat. one left, returned with a gun. Killed patron and wounded two others. Its standalone without a armed safeguard. I wont set feet inthere.

The great thing McD's makes and was so mediocre. Using some children to McD's as a particular "TREAT", once you learn what I mean. Following the meal they wished to adhere to Filipino street foods, you understand Balut, fish balls, poultry feet. I have no idea why they're just helping "Breakfast" meals... and I don't treatment why. But I am hoping they also market the burgers like various other McDo markets. If you prefer a full McDo knowledge, find some other McDo from other areas not at Tabunok, Talisay ct.

I live and function in Talisay and We buy lunch here a lot. Not because I love it but its a smaller risk there than maybe some other dining places. The fry's tend to be RE-Fried and offered as fresh. Buns tend to be stale. While theservice will be good, the meals quality compared to additional McDonalds like at SM Mall or SM Seaside is quite very poor.

I am aware my place is really a bit hard to find but that's what mobile phones are for. If the driver is definitely having trouble to locate the house, they can just contact and I'd be pleased to meet them on the way which wasn't thecase. I must call the callcenter many times (which is situated in Manila) plus they would relay my complaint to the Tabunok branch and the branch will get in touch with the driver and the driver will lastly TEXT (not contact) me to inform me these were there in my own subdivision but couldn't discover me. By that point, my order had been frosty and the fries tasting like cardboard. I usually order for a big fries but onetime, they delivered the standard a single. I didn't bother to complain not surprisingly as I can not be bothered to wait around. Onetime, they were again a lot more than an hour late. Exact same routine, i known as the callcenter, they relayed it to the branch and the branch known as the driver and the driver texted me that i dont understand as the driver could simply call me directly correct? So i known as the driver rather than texting him and i informed him, i dont wish cold meals and he said, he'll replace it with brand-new types from the branch. I trusted him and i were left with a cold poultry and a cardboard tasting fries as they are outside for a lot more than an hour. I known as the callcenter and after 3 phone calls, nobody came back. They're quick to take your cash but veeeery poor in customer support. If you value improving the client service in this nation, It is advisable to don't order from right here.

I contact to mcdelivrey at around 11pm , I await my foods but at 1am I actually follow up my purchase , they said that branch is shut in 12nn. No call to see me they cant deliver my meals , i waited nearly2hrs , they not inform me they cant deliver my foods as the are close .

extremely incompetent, the cashier doesn't have a existence of mind allowing myself to order and await 7 moments before telling me poultry is unavailable and I have to await another 9 mins? dispatch group no initiative that the beverages I've coffeeand soft beverages are put right into a paper handbag and i have to take a motorbike ending everything was wasted
