I love Max's Restaurant food generally. But both periods I dined in this branch the assistance was constantly a disappointment. THE INITIAL visit has been with a big category of about 14. Understandably there have been many food ordered. However the food program was therefore disorganisedthat there have been still several dishes from the cooking area after we've finished consuming. I understand that this isn't a fine dining location, and I don't anticipate a service as like, but there needs to be some degree of protocol which makes sense. I've nearly forgotten about any of it until my Minute visit... We were proven to our table so when I questioned the wait staff members to please clean the seat when i noticed blotches of essential oil, he handed me a napkin from the desk to wipe the essential oil myself. I did so it but I had been very offended. I informed him as well that what he do was wrong. I will not even discuss the cockroach... I nevertheless love their food, however the service? Please...

We tried the Poultry WHATEVER YOU Can promo final July 31, 2015, We were seated immediately since it was just 6 o'clock at night. The eat whatever you can on fried poultry price Php 229.00 with one drink. We chosen the unlimiteddrink, nevertheless the Pepsi Max offered really was tasteless as previously warned by the waitress. The chicken had not been delicious as if it had been simply fried without salt or seasoning. Service was excellent though.

Provider is inconsistent. I utilized to eat as of this branch and bring my relatives and buddies here . The services was good. But nowadays, I dined only. I just had espresso and a solo dish. After 10mins an organization sat near my desk and iheard they purchased the same dish when i ordered. In a short time the waiter offered that same dish compared to that group of individual but they've forgotten my purchase. I've waited for nearly 40mins or one hour for my purchase!!! I said I would like to cancel my purchase and abruptly the waitress ran to your kitchen and hands me the plate with my purchase. She didn't also put it in something tray. I had been so pissed off I cannot eat it any more. I cancelled it!! I don't believe I'm gonna consume in this branch again.
