The supper was truly disappointing. The support was slow even though only 4 tables had been occupied, the meals we ordered (poultry sisig and the sizzling tofu) were served chilly and not at all sizzling. They offered the rice rapidly (within five minutes) of orderingand the "sizzling" dished about 15 mins following the rice. Therefore by enough time we obtained the sisig and sizzling tofu, all of the food was cold.

Well-known for its chicken but pictures and advertisements were much better than the specific taste. It lacked taste. Service was a little slow.

A fresh branch of Max’s simply opened at ICM Tagbilaran City. We were thrilled to dine specifically that it braggs genuine food. Food taste nearly fine (seems provides MSG) but just very disappointed with the small helping ( Bulalo at P499 offers onlyone bone marrow and two moderate portions of meat). What’s more really disappointing is the Assistance of the crew. They claimed to learn in Manila, however they just had numerous mistakes - sending the expenses twice to your same desk, giving us switch and receipt that's supposedly for another consumer, a crew approaching us about receipt information without actually knowing what to actually ask from us. - Simply so messed up. We wouldn’t have thoughts paying high cost for our food so long as Service reaches Par. For the situation of Max’s, Program is simply not at par making use of their price. I actually won’t recommend Max’s.

This review is for particular Max's branches in Robinson's Ermita. I'm reviewing it right here, because maybe Max's administration may consider overhauling their provider and training their employees. Because other individuals I know experienced a similar thing in additional Max's branches. Meals in Max'sis nothing unique BUT is palatable. Foods is typical Filipino flavor, so that it gets through. Nevertheless, their service is actually HORRIBLE. I don't believe the personnel knows that their cafe isn't fast food. This is a restaurant in which a group dine together. "Dine collectively" means all of the ordered food ought to be served simultaneously, so all the individuals in the desk can start eating simultaneously. Appetizers and soup will be served 1st, not LAST. And when the customer states to cancel the purchase because we've finished eating (or simply lost appetite because of delay), this means cancel, it generally does not imply you rush to function the remaining orders to help make the customer shell out the dough. Max's management will need a thorough coaching of their staff.
