I recently visited Binondo to test this famous eating place. I attempted the siopao that was great and the siomai that was one of the primary siomai I have actually eaten. We ordered the poultry mami, bowl of wanton, beef brisket and siopao asado special. All of those other dish are everything you expect on an average dimsum but their poultry mami is quite incredible. The freshness of the noodles and its own bounciness actually made thedish remarkable and standout in comparison to other dining places. No wonder it's getting patronized by the Filipino-Chinese neighborhood in Binondo. I'd have rated them 5 stars however the siopao we purchased was a little dry.

Walked and obtained lost around Binondo searching for this place, there have been several customers enjoying their food and waiters milling around. Original Mami Original Mami has strong and chewy noodles. The soup on the otherhand can be like the normal noodle broth but incorporating asado sauce to the soup will improve the flavor of the mami because of the mixture of lovely and salty taste thatit put into the broth. Original Mami has 2 sizes, regular (Php 150) and special (Php 160). Beef Wanton Like Masuki's First Mami, Beef Wanton has company and chewy noodles. Beef Wanton's broth on the otherhand is usually meaty and sweeter. Beef Wanton comes in normal (Php 215) and particular (Php 230) Asado Siopao Asado Siopao has soft mantao filled up with savory pork floss. Masuki's Siopao goes nicely making use of their Original Mami. Asado Siopao has two dimensions, normal (Php 60) and specific (Php 95).
